i like this picture because it is famous. also, what ever point of view you’re looking at the painting it looks like she is staring at you.
Van Gogh’ Starry Night – it’s a very eerie painting, two things against each other, a halloween tree in front of an ordinary town with a church lit up.
I love that picture too, have you seen this painting also by Van Gogh? It’s called A cornfield with cypresses and is in the National Gallery in London.
I have done a picture like that before.

This is a beautiful painting that has a really nice scenery in the background. Also I love the colours, the blue and green look really nice. As soon as I saw it, it caught my eye and I loved it.
Why do you think van Gogh painted this?
We think that the painting is a picture of the sea with bright blue storms.
We think that Van Gogh painted this picture to inspire other people to paint, to catch peoples’ attention and so people like us could write about it.
