    Dear father,
Yesterday was a very long day we had to hunt a bird so we walked up the hills though the woods and after a long journey we arrived at the place the fight was going to begin and I was so nervous that
the bird was not going to fly well and if I get sacked I will have no money to by some food for my self.

When the hunt began I realised that the bird can fly so well and the speed it can go and I was proud of my self how amazingly I have taught it .I felt so horrified when I saw the birds skin bleeding and after the battle we got all of are belongings and packed are bags and went away from the place the birds were fighting.

When we was walking back we was so tired and exhausted and I said are we going to eat this bird and that reminded me if my bosses were going to be happy.

    Your loving son,

  18. I like this picture because the colours stand out and they’re my favourite colours.

  19. I like this painting by Claude Monet because it has amazing affects on the sky as the sunset. Also, I like the way he reflects the buildings and the sunset on the water because it makes it look really realistic. I think this because the colours are similar to a real sunset but the style is different because it is not as smooth as a real sunset. I like the way he just dose the outline of the buildings so it is obvious that it is night. The other reason I like it is the sky colour changes so much but in similar tones-it reminds me of a fire because of the way he flicks the brush to make the sky.

cabin in the forest. It looks so much like a forest that you can almost smell damp earth
and hear water trickling in a stream. It makes me feel so calm and happy that if in the
future we do not get to see such beautiful nature, I will always have this painting to remind me how nature makes me feel.

    1. Hi Maya, That’s an interesting thought that art can preserve aspects of a scene. Can it do the same for people?
