I was surprised that There was a man in the trees and he looked like he might be spying on the lady.
I think the man in the top left was trying warn the woman about the man that kidnapped people and people with magic and useful animals he took to his abandoned castle which is his home . Now I know that the man in tree is the women’s father and that man was a monkey and a slave for the other man in the tree, because the monkey man actually tried to hurt the women.
I think John Joseph Merlin inventions are creative and he looks very clever. What i like about John Joseph Merlin inventions is that they can be very useful in need. I think the similarities between Gainsborough’s portrait is the of them have a straight face and the women wear blue and the men wear pink while standing up and the women were always siting down. I think he chose to do landscapes because all his other pictures there was a big focus on the people and they didn’t pay attention to the background that was so pretty.
What is your favourite invention by John Joseph Merlin.
My opinion on the wheel chair he was creative and smart to make a wheel chair. I think Thomas Gainsborough’s when he painted the people there faces were very straight and looked strict. I think when he was painting portraits it had landscapes in the background and it looked better then the people.
I like this painting by Henri Matisse because its creative, unique and it reminds like home.
because it is colourful and outstanding
I like it because it reminds of my great great grandad and great great grandmom soul,it reminds me about my fravoite movie. From Van Gogh. Name of picture sprits away
How interesting. Yes I suppose paintings can remind us of people or moments in the same way music does.
this is very colorful and lovely

Arrival of spring by David Hockney.

Denise I know why you loved it is a very colourful and unice as you said
This is called Starry Night by Van Gogh. We chose this painting because when we look at it we can see colourful swirls and brush marks. We like the different colours and all different shades of blue that merge together to make an amazing blue night sky.
It felt like a shooting star and all of the things go on this tree . the tree looked colourful.
it looked like a shining as a star and any one can go around this tree.

This painting called ‘Late spring tunnel’ its made by David Hockney, I like it because it reminds me I’m in the park
walking. In addition, this painting makes me feel calm because
Because what it just ends there
Because it is colourful, creative like a shiny star in the sky. When I saw it made me feel like I’m special. And it looks unique. As if we were in another world. and it felt like all of
the lovely things go on this tree.
We like it because it is very scenic and anything could be lurking around the corner. The style is very unique and you can tell David Hockney put a lot of thought into it. Also the colours make you think twice – they make you joyful or sorrowful.
How is the style unique? Could you explain?
In Back To Nature the style is unique because it looks like an animation and there are so many shapes and designs in one picture. Also, it looks like a jigsaw puzzle because the different shades, tones and textures all fit together perfectly.
I liked the picture because it reminds me of a waterfall sliding down like a star in the sky
It looks like a slide coming down from thin air.
By Phillip Sutton.

It is very colourful and it is really smart and funny at the same time because the way the cat wants to catch the fish
We picked this picture because it looks colourful & bright.
The picture represents London.
The picture looks very calm.
It’s interesting to compare this to “Old London Bridge”. How is it similar and different?
It looks like that the right side buildings were knocked down then the house’s of Parliament was built. It looks different because there is no house’s on London bridge these days.I don’t think that there are many rowing boats these days but there were a ton of rowing boats back in old London
Some interesting observations. Yes I think there were many more boats at that time… it was one of the main ways to cross the Thames. There are more bridges now and of course trains that go under and over the Thames.
I like it because it has good colour and their most of my fav colours and it looks so realistic

Gustav Klimt, piece of work.
i chose Gustav Klimt because i thought the piece of work i chose that he did was very beautiful and was full of nature and it was very colorful.
My favourite piece of art is Composition VIII by Wassily Kandinsky. It was painted in 1923 and is oil on canvas.
It was one of the first pieces of art that really stood out to me when I saw it in a museum so I bought a print to go on my wall.
I really like the abstract nature of the painting and the different lines and shapes the artist has used. Whenever I look at it I always see something new and different and I like how it sparks my imagination. I also think the use of colour is wonderful; I like the shading and how certain colours fade into others while some of the colours are bright and bold and stand out from each other.
My favourite part of the painting is the centre top: the tip of the triangle and the curves to the left. I like this part because it looks feline to me and reminds me of a cat’s face. I wonder what inspired Kandinsky to paint this painting.
