I liked Slam, Dunk and Hook because i play basketball and enjoy it very much. I like the language because its old but young at the same time. I would recommend the poem to other people who like poems.

I like this poem because it shows what black people use to do whilst they were not aloud to be around white people. I also like it because most of the NBA is full of black people so it shows that they worked hard to play basketball in front of many people. I am happy that lots of black people worked hard everyday going outside playing basketball and chasing their dreams.
i will recomend this poem for people who like basketball.
This poem is amazing because it makes me think that black poet are especially good as the white poets which makes me feel happy.
Of course Leeban. There are many great black poets …not just the ones we’re focusing on.
I like Slam, Dunk and Hook because I’m into basketball and am quite good at it.
