We looked at the picture and created an argument for living in the middle. We believed it was better because it could have more defenses, more space and you can jump of the bridge.
Once we had debated it, we realised the more wealthy houses seemed to be on the left side of the painting because of the larger, stone houses and more elaborate boats.

On the right side you had theatres and other entertainment. There is more space and the houses are nicer. Also, people are friendlier. In our class more people voted for the right side than for the left side.

I like the old London bridge i rate it 8/10 because there is a boat and many houses.

We’ve discussed this picture in class and we’ve shaded different parts of different sides of the bridge. It looks very different from the new London Bridge from today’s days. You could see the Globe Theatre from the poor side because it’s flags are showing up.
We’ve been to the Globe Theatre once with the both classes in Y4.The rich side is actually the city of London. The other side is actually Southwark.
We wrote a paragraph about a rich man crossing the bridge and saw that it was dangerous to cross because the bridge is very narrow and is made of stone. Also, if you look closely you can see it is a bit broken. Our opinion of the picture is that it looks very realistic and all the detail but it is hard to see the details like the people on the funeral boats.
I really like this picture because it looks so realistic (especially the funeral boats). The painting is so clear that me and Hamdaan see the Globe Theatre’s flag. We have learnt that at the time Claude de Jongh painted this picture anybody who did a action of crime would have their head chopped off placed on a spike on top of a tower. We know that Claude de Jongh painted the first stone bridge in London.

Most of our class, wanted to be on the left side because it was the rich side and there are more valuable things to buy and you would have beautiful clothing. We like this painting because it has so much detail . We discussed that the right side is the poor side whereas the left is the rich side . On the right side was the Globe Theater and when the flag went up the rich people walked across the filthy, narrow bridge to the Globe Theater or traveled on boats . For those who stole things from others houses , would have had their head on spikes to warn other people to not steal or commit any crimes.

Before all of you tourists come to London the most global school, in my opinion.
I know exactly where your future hotel should be, it should be in the Northside.
I recommend your hotel (or future home) should be on the Northside. Because, they have more sturdy materials and less likely to start a huge fire!
In my opinion my most favourite part of living on Northside is it might be hefty amount of money but it pays off. This is due to more security around the area and buildings.
I strongly think you should live on the Northside because you will meet people just like yourself.
They will tell you all about the lovely city itself.
But don’t live on the Southside because you could catch a plague way easier, believe me if I can’t make up your mind just live on the London Bridge.
It’s between them both.
Today I am going to be talking about why people should live on the north side of the London Bridge. Because it is not fair how people should have to split up.
I highly recommend that there are three different reasons why people should live on the right side of London Bridge. The first reason why is because if there are two people who are best friends and one lives on the poor side and one lives on the rich side they will have to split up .
The second reason is because a fire can burn down the houses and every one could die earlier than they are meant to.
The last reason is because the poor side doesn’t have any medicine so when they are sick they could die from illness.

In my opinion you should live on the north side for better houses and more money plus your rich then.
I highly recommend you should on the north side for luck joy and money then you could go shopping for food and if you have children you can afford to buy them food.
I truly agree that you should live on the north because it’s hard to rob because you have guards to make sure they won’t rob houses the houses on the north are made out of stone and metal on the south it’s made out of hay and wood.

I would live on the north rich side because there are a lot of illness on the south side; but on the north rich side there aren’t that many illnesses. People could also die on the poor side because there wouldn’t be lots of medicine to help there sickness when they were sick.

I strongly believe that you should live on the north side because the standard of living is better than the poor side. You should also live on the rich side so that you can get better food on the rich than the poor side.

I strongly believe that you should live on the rich side because there are lots of better houses, food, clothes and is also cleaner on the rich side but on the poor side it’s quite dirty and not that clean like the rich side. There are also people that live on the bridge if they can’t decide whether living on the rich or poor side so they pick the bridge.
Conclusion:
